We’re unable to accept bookings from anyone on the Sex Offenders Register (or any equivalent register). By booking with us, you confirm that no one in your party is listed on such a register.
Minimum Stay Requirements

Bank Holidays: All pitches – 3-night minimum
Booking & Deposits
Bookings are confirmed with a non-refundable deposit:

£30 for stays of 1–6 nights

£60 for 7+ nights

£80 for 8+ nights
B&B: £30/night (double), £30 first night + £15/night (single)
Full balance is due 4 weeks before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
Reservations are a legal contract.
If you need to cancel, please call and follow up by email or post.

If you cancel more than 4 weeks before arrival, we’ll try to re-let your pitch.

If we can’t, or if you cancel within 4 weeks, the full balance is still due.
Bookings moved to the next season may be subject to price changes—please check when rebooking.
We strongly recommend holiday insurance to cover unexpected changes.
