We insist on strict arrival and departure times due to the narrow approach road. NO EARLY ARRIVALS ACCEPTED. Arrival after 1.30pm; Departures before 11am (all vehicles)
During HIGH SEASON there is a MINIMUM 1 WEEK BOOKING ON ALL SUPER AND PREMIER PITCHES; Over Bank Holidays, there is a MINIMUM 3 NIGHT STAY ON ALL PITCHES.
All bookings are confirmed on receipt of a non-refundable deposit;
Deposits required: £30/1-6 night stays; £60/7 + nights; £80/8+ nights
B&B deposits: £30/night for double; £30 1st night then £15/night for single.
Balance to be paid 4 weeks before arrival.
No 6 metre tents or over (larger tents will be turned away). It is not possible to book adjacent tent pitches as they are on a first come first served basis. All tents to be pitched by 9pm
Max no. of dogs per pitch – 2
We do NOT accept dog breeds listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act ie Pit Bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro and Japanese Tosa and XL Bully.
No large parties (Max no. of visitors 6).
The Management reserves the right to ask people to leave if their behaviour is aggressive/offensive/unreasonable and is affecting the environment of our guests/staff.
*No open fires – small charcoal and gas BBQs only
We don’t allow charging of electric vehicles on site due to damage caused to electric posts (any damage to be paid by customer)
We do not accept bookings from or allow anyone to stay at Old Brick Kilns Caravan & Camping Park who is listed on the Violent and Sex Offenders Register (or any register which supersedes this). By making a booking, you are confirming that no one in your party is on this Register.
No noise after 11pm
No gazebos
No commercial vans
No pup tents next to caravans
No static caravans and fifth wheels
OUR CANCELLATION POLICY
To avoid misunderstandings we would remind you that a reservation constitutes a legal contract.
If you are forced to cancel your booking (up to 4 weeks before your arrival date*), please telephone us immediately and confirm your cancellation in writing by email or first class post.
We will do our best to re-let the pitch. If we are unable to re-let, you will be liable to pay the full balance due on the pitch you have booked.
* After this date you are liable to pay the full balance.
Any bookings transferred to the following season (for whatever reason), will be subject to seasonal price increases. Please check when changing your reservation.
We recommend that all guests take out holiday insurance at the time of booking.
