Park Rules

Old Brick Kilns Caravan & Camping Park – Friendly Guidelines

To help everyone enjoy a safe and relaxing stay, we kindly ask guests to follow a few simple rules:

  • Arrival & Departure: Please arrive between 1.30pm–6pm (strictly no early arrivals). All vehicles must depart before 11am.

  • Access & Vehicles: Only one car per pitch. Visitors should park in reception and are kindly asked to donate to our chosen charity (£). If you arrive after 11pm, please also park in carpark next to reception.

  • No commercial vehicles, gazebos, or EV charging on-site (hook-up points can and have been damaged—guests will be liable).

  • Fires & BBQs: No open fires. Small charcoal or gas BBQs only.

  • Pitch Care: Keep pitches tidy, hide gas bottles from view, and use bins provided. No washing lines, please.

  • Tent Sizes: We cannot accept tents over 6m. Tent pitch locations are first come, first served, especially in high season. Let us know your tent size when booking.

  • Pitching Times: All units must be pitched by dusk or 9pm, whichever is earlier.

  • Dogs: Well-behaved dogs are welcome (max 2 per pitch). Please keep them on a short lead, clean up after them, and never leave them unattended.
Note: We cannot accept breeds listed under the Dangerous Dogs Act, including Pit Bull Terrier, Dogo Argentino, Fila Brasileiro and Japanese Tosa and XL Bully.

  • Play & Games Areas: Close at dusk or 8pm (play area) and 10.30pm (games room).

  • Noise & Gatherings: No large parties of noise after 11pm please.

  • Cycling: Stick to roads and avoid cycling after dusk or 8pm for the safety of all guests.

  • Laundry: Open 8am–7pm, card payments only. Domestic items only—no duvets, pet blankets, or sleeping bags.

  • Respectful Behaviour: We want all guests to feel welcome. Anyone acting in a way that’s anti-social or offensive that affects our guests  or staff, may be asked to leave.

Thanks for helping us keep the park a peaceful and enjoyable place for everyone!

We’re committed to protecting the beautiful Norfolk environment and would love your help in making sure our park stays clean and green. Recycling is a simple way you can make a big difference during your stay. Please take a moment to sort your waste into the recycling bins provided around the park. It’s a small step that adds up to a huge impact. We’ve made it easy with clearly marked bins for paper, glass, plastics, and general waste—just follow the signs!

Take your time, don’t rush, and remember: every little effort counts toward a more sustainable future for everyone.

Thank you for helping us protect our planet! 🌍

You may not be aware that we have our own bored water on-site that is fully tested and certified. This means that our water is fresh & clean to drink.  PLEASE refill your water bottles from our taps, don’t buy new;  we must make single use plastic a thing of the past.
